1. I like the idea of going out "light-handed" with this flat wallet from here. And it's on sale! Can't beat that.

2. This is on my to-do list. I see them all over the blogosphere. I think this fabric banner is ADORABLE and a great way to use up your stash. Find it here by Beth. And while you're visiting, make sure to check out their hundreds of other tutorials. Such a great blog.

3. I couldn't forget about Valentines Day coming up...and with the mention of that...you can't leave out good ol' Martha. I do own a quill pen. I've never used it. I think this card might give me the motivation to dust it off though.

4. I LOVE Baby Legs. So cute! Can't find them? Make your own faux baby legs using this tutorial.

In the spirit of getting my little office organized (or my little cubby hole in the wall I should say), I thought I'd share some great items I've discovered while "window shopping" on the web.

1. I love these study stacks from PB Teen. And, they're on sale! I really like the fact that there is a drawer and then a place on top of the stack to place items. I'm thinking that space would be perfect to hold the patterns I sell in the shop

2. Wouldn't these Ditsy Dottie Bowls be cute to hold all of those random paper clips, rubberbands, buttons, etc. I just wish they didn't come in fours. Anyone want to break a set?!? Just kidding.

3. This personalized dry erase calendar is fantastic from SayItWithStyle. I love the things you can do with vinyl lettering these days.

4. I know you're probably sick of my PB obsession but here is another great find that I'm dying to go on sale so I can snatch it up. Wouldn't this be cute to display fat quarters on or even a stack of ribbons behind?

Once I get my little office space pulled together I'll definitely have to show you. I'm having to be extra creative with such a small little space.

Our family has had a case of the sickies over this past week. There is something about being all cooped up in the house that makes me want to fling open the doors and windows and let the fresh air (somewhat fresh here in AZ) flow through the house.

I've been playing on the computer a little bit though while the babe has been asleep. So, here are some Fabulous Finds to look through over the weekend!

1. I'm sure you've seen this print before. You can get your own here.

2. I bought one of these clips a little bit ago by kipiis. I think they're such a great idea! They make anything into a bib so when you're out at a restaurant make sure to put one of these in your purse and that napkin instantly saves your kids clothes!

3. Valentines Day is sneaking up on us. Martha has some great ideas for those handmade cards.

Thought I'd give your Fabulous Find Friday a little spirit of Halloween.

1. Wouldn't these be cute embroidered on a trick-or-treat bag?

2. Isn't this a great idea if you won't be home to hand out candy but still want to treat the neighborhood kids? Lollipops in a pumpkin. So easy peasy. Leave it to Martha to do her thing.

3. What an easy and fast way to create a tablescape for your Halloween party. With black and white candy you can't go wrong.

4. And I thought this was another great one from Martha. Those itty bitty spiders look so real and make me shudder.

1. I'm anxiously awaiting to place an order for this yarn...so I can cast on for the winter and make a yummy blanket.

2. Aren't these shoes adorable? Simple and sweet.

3. These velvet pumpkins are perfect for a fall tablescape, made by Phoenix artist Lynne Bonnell. They can be found here.

4. I discovered this domestic blog the other week and it's fabulous. I enjoy how effortless Derrick Johnson makes decorating become. His posts are filled with just about every type of topic you can imagine and he even includes how-to videos to give you that extra boost of confidence to do it yourself.

A friend of mine sent me this link for my Fabulous Find Friday. Can you believe you can actually create your own Keds shoe! You can customize it with a photo, logo, words, etc. and also decide if you want the shoe laced or a slip on. Very cool.

Ever wonder how restaurants and stores get their chalkboards to look so neat with artistic designs and great writing. Check out the chalk markers here. We recently painted our pantry door with magnetic and chalkboard paint and they work great. I picked mine up at our nearby hobby store.

This book sounds really neat. Lots of craft projects to get your kids involved in nature. I'd love to get my hands on this and check it out.

Having a party and don't want to write names on your guests plastic cups? This chalkboard coaster is a great idea. Use your non-disposable glasses without the worry of people forgetting whose is whose.

I find this first idea hilarious and perfect for Halloween or an Over the Hill party. Actually, I think it's funny no matter what time of year it is! Go get your frozen smiles.

I really enjoy stationery designs. Patty Young has a new line you should check out. She's so creative and to prove it her fabric line with Michael Miller Fabrics is going to be debuting just around the corner as well.

If you have a baby, or know someone that does, you're familiar with the many things that can creep, or drip, onto their clothing never to wash out. Little Bird Creations has come up with a fabulous, and cute, way of covering up these stains and keeping you from having to replace clothing. I think they're worth ordering even if you don't have stains to cover up!

Fabulous Find Friday

I have been busy busy this week so I just have one fabulous find for this Friday...but let me tell you, it is FABULOUS! I think I might have just found our Mr. Martha. The one whose last name never needs mentioning. Matthew Mead's site and blog contain great ideas for entertaining, cooking and decorating. I can't believe I'm just now discovering him. The site is filled with beautiful photography and I love his clean and simple designs. Check out his portfolio to get even more decorating ideas. So, grab your cup of coffee or tea (or if you're in AZ a nice glass of ice water) and float through cyberspace for awhile on this site.
